THE TURNER KENNETH BROWN COMP SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any Member, other Beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against The Turner Kenneth Brown COMP Scheme (also known as the Turner Kenneth Brown Contracted-Out Money Purchase Scheme and the TKB COMP Scheme) (“the Scheme”), or anyone else claiming to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Scheme, is required to send written particulars of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Nabarro Nathanson (Ref GRP), Lacon House, Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8RW, on or before 31 January 2002. Any person who has been notified by The Scottish Life Assurance Company, since 30 April 1995, of having an entitlement under the Scheme need not re-apply to the Trustees. After 31 January 2002, the Trustees of the Scheme will distribute any remaining Scheme assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice, and in respect of the property so distributed the Trustees will not be liable to any persons of whose claims they shall not have had notice.
