Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Encyclopaedia Britannica International Ltd Pension and Life Assurance Plan (1961) formally known as Retirement Benefits Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Encyclopaedia Britannica International Limited who were in the Scheme. If you were an employee of Encyclopaedia Britannica International Limited and believe that you are entitled to a benefit in the Scheme and have not recently received a letter from the Trustees, please contact the Trustees of the Encyclopaedia Britannica International Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme at Zena King, Human Resources Manager, Encyclopaedia Britannica (UK) Ltd, 2nd Floor, Unity Wharf, Mill Street, London SE1 2BH. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
