In accordance with Rule 11.3 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Joint Liquidators of Smithfield Bars Limited to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving. The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 8 February 2002, being the last date for proving, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims in the prescribed format on Form 4.25 to the undersigned, Paul Michael Davis and David Rodney Fitzroy Sapte, of Begbies Traynor, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5NR, the Joint Liquidators of the Company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and default thereof, they will be excluded from any distribution made before such debts are proven.
