M & T J LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (THE SCHEME)

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the M & T J Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the Scheme) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have any claim or entitlement of interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Robert Thomson c/o CheckleyFisher, Empire House, 175 Piccadilly, London W1J 9EN prior to 15 April 2002. After this date the trustees of the Scheme will distribute is assets having regard only to any claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person who claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 15 April 2002.
