Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 October 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 November 2001, Sarah Catherine Olsen, of 11 Gelynis Terrace, Morganstown, Cardiff, the person having parental responsibility for OLIVER CHARLES ERNEST EVENDEN, a child and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Harwood and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Evenden.
