Notice of Intended Dividends

In the Brighton County Court.  No 26 of 1998 (Formerly in the High Court of Justice No 5311 of 1997). Units 1-9, Spindle Way, Crawley. In the Matter of DALES OF CRAWLEY LIMITED and in the Matter of Rule 11.2 the Insolvency Rules 1986 As it is my intention to declare an interim dividend within a period of 4 months from 5 March 2002. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company in Liquidation, are required, on or before 5 March 2002, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me the undersigned, Donald Phillip Gendall, of Sterling Ford, 18-22 Cantelupe Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 3BJ, the Liquidator of the said Company and, if so required by notice in writing from me, the said Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and places as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
