PASCUAL (FRUIT IMPORTERS) LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

The Pascual (Fruit Importers) Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme was established with effect from 2 March 1973. Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited, a professional trustee Company, is the Independent Trustee, and is proceeding with the winding-up of the Scheme. Announcements regarding the above have been sent by post to all known members of the Scheme who are not in receipt of a pension. Accordingly it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against, or an interest in the Scheme, who is not in receipt of a pension or has not received an announcement, should make themselves known to the Independent Trustee of the Scheme. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact on or before 18 March 2002, after which date Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and the distribution of the Scheme assets having only regard to the claim and interests of which it has had notice.
