Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 November 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 January 2002, Alexandre Kotcherguine and Jennifer Smith-Windsor, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of EDWARD ARTHUR SMITH-WINDSOR, a child and a Commonwealth citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Kotcherguine and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Smith-Windsor and in addition abandoned the forename of Eduard and assumed in lieu thereof the forename of Edward.
