Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the above-named Company who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before 28 March 2002, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts to the undersigned at Arthur Andersen, PO Box 55, 180 Strand, London WC2R 2NT and if so required in writing by me, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend declared before such debts are proven. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company intend to declare a First Interim Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving as set out above.
