NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE OAKLAND FAIRFAX LIMITED PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees
are winding-up the Scheme. Any former employee of OKF Realisations Limited (formerly
Oakland Fairfax Limited) or any associated Company who believes that he or she was
a member of the Scheme but who has not been contacted in writing by or on behalf of
the Trustees of the Scheme (including by any of the independent Trustees appointed
in relation to the Scheme, namely Kevin Milton, Richard Hulland or Richard G L Davis)
since the date when winding-up of the Scheme commenced, namely 27 April 1995, is required
to write to: Richard G L Davis, Independent Trustee, The Trustees of the Oakland Fairfax
Limited Pension Scheme, c/o Browne Jacobson, 44 Castle Gate, Nottingham NG1 7BJ. Claimants
should provide their full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number
and details of when they worked for the Company or Companies mentioned above. If any
person believes that they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme they are
requested to write to the same address as stated above setting out particulars of
their claim. Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this
advertisement. After the two month period the Trustees of the Scheme will be finalising
the interests of Members of the Scheme and considering the options available to them
including securing of benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only
to the claims and interests of which they have had prior notice and will not be liable
to any person for a claim of which they have not then had notice.
