Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Trans-Atlantic Associated Freight Conferences (London) Retirement Benefits Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Trans-Atlantic Associated Freight Conferences. If you were an employee of Trans-Atlantic Associated Freight Conferences and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme which have not already been notified to you, please contact The Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Mr D Jeffries, Trans-Atlantic Associated Freight Conferences, St Andrews House, 26 Brighton Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AA, within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date, the Trustees will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
