Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 1468 of The London Gazette dated 5 February 2002:
LANDIS & GYR (RATHDOWN) COMMUNICATIONS (U.K.) LTD PENSION PLAN (THE PLAN)
(PREVIOUSLY CALLED THE G N RATHDOWN UK PENSION PLAN)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Plan which is in the process of being wound up by the Trustees of the Plan are hereby required to send written particulars of their claims (together with full name, present address and date of birth) by registered post to: Julian Green, William M Mercer Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT (the Trustees’ administrators) prior to a date no later than 2 months after the date of publication of this notice. Notice is hereby also given that after that date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the fund in accordance with the provisions of the Plan amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to such claims of which they shall have then have had notice, and that they will not be responsible for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person whose claim they shall not then have had notice. This notice concerns only those persons who have not received correspondence or notification of the winding-up from the Trustees of the Plan. Those that have already received correspondence or notification need not re-apply. The Trustees of the Plan 25 February 2002.
