THE VALLEY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that The Valley Digital Technology Retirement Benefit Scheme is being wound up and that the Trustee intends to distribute all the assets of the Scheme. Any person who believes they have a claim against the Scheme or a right to any benefits under it must send details of their claim or rights in writing to the Trustee at Bezier House, Thames View, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 3LE. The deadline for receipt of the details of the Trustee is 22 April 2002. After this date the Trustee will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute all its assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice.
