Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that all persons having claims against or interest in the estate of the late Stuart Holland, late of 24 Val Wilson Court, Loughborough, Leicestershire, who died on 3 June 2002, are required to send particulars in writing of their respective claims or interest to the undersigned, on or before 6 May 2002, after which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed by the Personal Representative amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interest of which they have then had notice and they will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
