Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying an Interim Dividend to Non-Preferential Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 28 March 2002, to submit their proofs of debt to P M Davis, the Liquidator, at Begbies Traynor, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5NR. The Interim Dividend will be declared within 4 months of 28 March 2002, the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Interim Dividend.
