MISOMEX (UK) LIMITED EXECUTIVE PENSION SCHEME

The Trustees of the above-mentioned pension arrangement hereby announce that they intend for the Misomex (UK) Limited Executive Pension Scheme to be wound up within the next few months and determine the Trust governing the arrangement. The Trustees appointed advisor is Smith & Williamson Pension Consultancy (S&WPC) Limited. Beneficiaries of the pension arrangement should have received a letter from S&WPC Limited dated 7 December 2001 or 8 February 2002. The Trustees will then distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with their powers but only having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice and they will not, as regards the assets distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement they shall not have had notice.
