THE WATER MIRROR IMAGE PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Water Mirror Image Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) was established by a trust deed dated 26 October 1992. The wind up of the Scheme will commence on 31 March 2002. Notice is hereby given by the Water Mirror Image Pension Trustees Limited (the “Trustees”) that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme is hereby required to send written particulars of his or her claim or interest to the address given below on or before 19 May 2002. After that date the assets of the Scheme will be distributed amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have notice. The Trustees will not, as regards the assets of the Scheme or any part thereof so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have already received correspondence relating to the wind up of the Scheme from the Trustees.
