A Statute made by the Governing Body of Darwin College, in the University of Cambridge, amending Statute XIX, has been submitted for the approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The purposes of the amendment are: (a) to alter the number of votes required for the election of a Fellow; and (b) to correct an error caused by the accidental omission of text in the original drafting of the Statute.
