DAGENHAM MOTORS LIMITED AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIES PENSION PLAN

Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Dagenham Motors Limited and Associated Companies Pension Plan is required to send particulars in writing to R Nathan, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Benefit Solutions Limited, Northgate House, 115 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1FY, before 30 June 2002, after which date the Trustees will deal with the assets of the Pension Plan, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not, as respects the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
