Notice is hereby given to all known Creditors, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company is 1 May 2002 by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, David Rolph, of Moore Stephens, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, the Liquidator. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a Dividend to all known Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving.
