THE SEVERNSIDE GROUP LIMITED PENSION SCHEME (“the Scheme”)

(The Pension Scheme of Severnside Group Limited and its associated Companies Lydney Products Limited, Severnside Logistics Limited and Total Vehicle Interiors Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an entitlement under the Scheme and who has not received any announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme (“The Trustees”) since January 2002 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement to the Trustees, c/o Severnside Group Limited, Pine End Works, Lydney, Gloucestershire GL15 4EW and send such particulars not later than two months from the date of this notice after which the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have had notice and are aware and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
