Notice is hereby given that I, MOHAMMED BASHIR MALIK, of 52 Lechmere Road, London NW2 5BU, formerly called and known by the name of Mohammed Bashir, a Commonwealth citizen, under section 37 of the British Nationality Act 1981, give public notice that, on 18 February 2002, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Bashir and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Malik and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 18 February 2002 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 February 2002.
