THE EPS 1990 PENSION & ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the EPS 1990 Pension & Assurance Scheme is in the process of being wound up. The Trustees have sent a notice to this effect to all Members in accordance with The Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996. If you have not received any such notice and believe that you have entitlement to benefits from the above Pension Scheme, please contact The Trustees of the EPS 1990 Pension & Assurance Scheme, c/o Tim Hackney, 152 Staplehurst Road, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 1XS. Any such request must be received by 20 June 2002.
