Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First Dividend to the Creditors in this matter, within 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors, who have not done so, should lodge their proofs of debt with the Liquidator, at Baker Tilly, Elgar House, Holmer Road, Hereford HR4 9SF, no later than 28 May 2002. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not particpated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend.
