FEARNLEY GROUP RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Fearnley Group Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme established by a Declaration of Trust dated 20 February 1974 is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors to the Trustees at the address given below before 23 June 2002, after which date the assets of the said Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
