COOLING POWER INDUSTRIES GROUP PENSION FUND

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Cooling Power Industries Group Pension Fund (“the Scheme”) is winding up. Any person who has a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme, and who has not been in receipt of regular correspondence regarding the winding up, is required to provide written particulars to P D Barker, Specialist Heat Exchangers Limited, Freeman Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 9AP, prior to 30 June 2002. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have such prior written notice, or are otherwise aware, and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 30 June 2002.
