Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Pension Scheme by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with the following Company, debis IT Services (UK) Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to William M Mercer, Shire House, Bridle Path, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1UD, marked “For the attention of Steven Markiewicz” (acting for the Trustees of the Pension Scheme). Such particulars to arrive no later than 2 months from the publication date of this advertisement. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Pension Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person.
