Notice is hereby given that I, HEIDI-INGRID MOYER, of Weir Cottage, Rose Lane, Berden, near Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 1AN, formerly called and known by the name of Heidi-Ingrid Mooyer, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, give public notice that, on 7 March 2001, I formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Mooyer and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Moyer and further that the Change of Name is evidenced by Deed Poll dated 7 March 2001 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 April 2002.
