Take note that by a Deed Poll dated 25 April 2002 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 10 May 2002, I, PIERSON WILLIAM LIPPARD, of 1 Evangelist Road, London NW5 1UA, married and a British citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, previously known as Pierson William Dobbie, abandoned the name of Dobbie and assumed and adopted for all occasions the name of Lippard.
