THE BARBARA KARP WILL TRUSTS

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested under the Will Trusts of Barbara Karp deceased, late of Flat 7, 3 Kirtleton Avenue, Weymouth, Dorset, who died on 18 April 1986 and whose Will was proved in the Liverpool District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 10 July 1986, by Jacqueline Mary Gendre and Michael James Quinn the Executors named in the Will and of which Will Trusts the said Jacqueline Mary Gendre and Michael James Quinn are the present Trustees, are required to send particulars in writing to Hill Dickinson, of Pearl Assurance House, Derby Square, Liverpool L2 9XL, the Solicitors to the said Trustees on or before 26 July 2002, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the Will Trust Fund amongst the persons entitled to it having regard only to the claims of which the Trustees have had notice and shall not be liable for the Trust Fund or any part of it so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands the Trustees shall not then have had notice.
