THE JOHN REID ENTERPRISES STAFF PENSION PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in The John Reid Enterprises Staff Pension Plan (“the Scheme”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to James Harman and Great Marlborough Street Pension Trustees Limited, 162 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London N3 3HT, before 31 July 2002, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
