CLOVERLEAF GROUP LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Cloverleaf Group Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (“the Scheme”), insured with Axa Sun Life. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not received the latest letter from the Trustees, dated 24 May 2002, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Mrs Sarah Jeffrey-Gray, Burges Salmon, Solicitors, Narrow Quay House, Bristol BS1 4HA, in order to reach that address on or before 31 October 2002. The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by Cloverleaf Group Limited, on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme. 1 August 2002.
