ESM RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the ESM Retirement
Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all
Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees
announce their intention to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme. If you
were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and
you have not been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim
specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme
to EH01, Burges Salmon Solicitors, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH,
so as to reach that address on or before 31 October 2002. The Trustees would be interested
to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by European Semiconductor
Management Limited on a part time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based
on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received
after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme.
