Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
PRINTING AND PUBLICATION SERVICES PENSION SCHEME
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Printing
and Publication Services Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”), is in wind up. The Trustees
of the Scheme are anxious to trace former enployees (whether full-time or part-time)
of:
Documedia Holdings Limited;
Printing and Publication Services Group;
Westward Communications Group Limited;
Westward Print Group Limited;
Kastelli Limited;
who are, or think they may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme.
Any such person is asked to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement
or interest to Richard Williams, at Eversheds Pension Trustees Limited, 115 Colmore
Row, Birmingham B3 3AL, on or before 2 December 2002.
After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons
entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
The Trustees shall not be liable to any person for whom notification of a claim or
demand has not been received by the Trustees. Notification is not required from persons
who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence
relating to the Scheme from the Trustees.
