Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends within 4 months from the last date of proving, to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the said Company and that any such Creditor desiring to participate in such Dividend must be on or before 18 October 2002 send in his full name and address and full particulars of his debt or claim to the undersigned, Malcolm John Mears, of John Mears & Co, Suite 2, Great Portland Street House, 305 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5DA (telephone 020-7637 4070).
