The Trustees of the Emess Group Retirement Benefit Scheme, formerly known as the Marchant Holdings Limited 1978 Pension Pan and the Emess plc Retirement Benefit Scheme (the “Scheme”) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme respectively and wish to trace any uncontacted persons who were employed by any Company in the Emess Group.
