NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27

The Trustees of the War on Want Pension Scheme hereby give notice that the Scheme is in the process of winding-up. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled or prospectively entitled to benefits from the Scheme. Anyone who believes that they are so entitled or prospectively entitled and who has not already notified the Trustees of their claim to benefits or prospective benefits, should write setting out details of their claim to the Trustees c/o J.H. Craig, Bates, Wells & Braithwaite, Cheapside House, 138 Cheapside, London EC2V 6BB, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. If you are already in receipt of a pension from the Scheme there is no need to respond to this notice.
