THE KABI PHARMACIA LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given to all Members and former Members of the Kabi Pharmacia Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme and to any widow/widowers, children and other dependants of deceased Members and former Members. The above Scheme has now been closed and is in the process of now being wound up. The Trustees of the Scheme need to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Scheme are so that it can contact them to inform them of their benefits and the arrangements which have been made to secure them. If you are a person to whom this notice applies and you have, or consider that you may have, a right to benefit under the above Scheme, you should write to the Secretary to the Trustees at Pharmacia Ltd, Davy Avenue, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes MK5 8PH, giving your name, date of birth, National Insurance No, address, dates of pensionable service and any other details of the circumstances which you consider may give rise to a right to benefits for you. You should not reply to this notice if you have received a communication from the Trustees of the above Scheme about your benefits. You should also not reply if your benefits have been transferred to another pension scheme or arrangement or were for life assurance only. Unless the Trustees already have notice of your rights to benefits under the above Shceme, you will lose your right to claim those benefits after 6 December 2002.
