FINELIST GROUP PENSION SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, notice is given that the Finelist Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), is winding-up. The Fund was operated by Finelist Group plc (whose registered office was Regal House, Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 OBN). Associated Employers who participated in the Scheme were Edmunds Walker Limited, Autela Components Limited, AEW Limited, Engine Express Components Limited, Maccess Limited, Maccess Group Limited, Motor World Limited, Motor World Group Limited, Eurocar (GB) Limited, Silencer Distributors (UK) Limited, Ferraris Piston Service Limited, Autogen Limited, First Line Limited, Road User Limited, XL Component Distribution Limited, Bancrofts Limited and Brackley Clutch Limited. Anyone including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) having a claim against the assets of the Scheme are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Trustees of the Finelist Group Pension Scheme (the “Trustees”) c/o M Cunningham, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Stratford Court, Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, Solihull B90 4QT, on or before 18 December 2002. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by or on behalf of the Trustees. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the wind-up of the Scheme from the Trustees.
