THE SYSTEMS INTERFREIGHT RETIREMENT BENEFIT PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan which commenced winding-up on 1 September 2002, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with Systems Interfreight Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 23 December 2002, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth and National Insurance Number, to Mercer Human Resources Consulting Ltd., No 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2AQ, marked for the attention of Mrs B Istead (Ref BP5/WUP/DAHU00/) (acting for the Trustee of the Plan). The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
