Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends, within 4 months from 28 November 2002, to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the said Company, and that any such Creditor desiring to participate in such Dividend must, on or before that date, send in their full name and address and full particulars of their debt or claim to the undersigned, Simon Thomas, 39-40 Old Steine, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1NH, the Liquidator of the said Company. Under Rule 11.3(2) a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the date of proving.
