UNIJET CABIN CREW MONEY PURCHASE SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all the Creditors, Members and others having any claim against or claim to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Unijet Cabin Crew Money Purchase Scheme, are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Kathryn Giles, First Choice Holidays Plc, First Choice House, London Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9GX, on or before 30 December 2002. After this date, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
