Notice is hereby given to all known Creditors pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last day for proving debts against the above-named Company is Wednesday 27 November 2002 by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, S G Paterson, of Moore Stephens, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, the Supervisor of the said Company. Notice is further given that the Trustee intends to declare a Dividend to all known Creditors within 4 months of the last day for proving. Should you fail to submit your claim by Wednesday, 27 November 2002 you will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend.
