NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES FOR CLAIMS UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27(1)
BRITISH ROAD FEDERATION PENSION SCHEME (“the Scheme”)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Scheme that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Scheme are required to send particulars in writing to Simon van der Byl (at the address given below) on behalf of the Trustees of the Scheme within two months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Scheme in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice. Any person who has already been in contact with, or received correspondence from, the Trustees recently before the date of issue of this notice need not respond to this notice.
