THE MORRIS PENSION PLAN

Under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and (and any other relevant power) notice is given that any Members, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claims against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of The Morris Pension Plan is requested to send written details to The Law Debenture Pension Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as Trustee of the Plan) on or before 15 February 2003. After that date the Trustee will proceed to secure the benefits of anyone claiming under the Plan having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice. In respect of the assets of the Plan so used the Trustee will not be liable to anyone of whose claim it then has had no notice. If you are, or claim to be a Member or other beneficiary or, Creditor of, or claimant against, the Plan and you reply to this notice, please give your full name, address, date of birth and national insurance number. If the Trustee or the Plan’s administrators are already in contact with you (for example if you have received correspondence from them within the last 12 months or you are receiving a pension from the Plan) please do not respond to this notice since your interest has already been noted.
