COMPANY OF DESIGNERS PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Company of Designers Pension Scheme (the Scheme) is winding up. Any person who has or may have a claim entitlement or interest in the Scheme and who has not heard from the Trustees of the Scheme in the last 12 months is required to provide written particulars to N C Lloyd Esq, P S Employee Benefits Ltd, 3 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BQ, prior to 31 January 2003. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31 January 2003.
