Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
MOTOR INDUSTRY PENSION PLAN MONEY PURCHASE SECTION
Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Contracted-in
Money Purchase section of the Motor Industry Pension Plan (“the plan”) is being wound
up. The Trustee of the Plan is anxious to trace all former members of the Contracted-In
Money Purchase section of the Plan and their beneficiaries who are, or think they
may be, entitled to benefits under the fund. Any person who has, or may have, any
claim entitlement or interest in the Fund is required to provide written particulars
of any such claim, entitlement or interest to the Trustee of the Motor Industry Pension
Plan c/o Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD, prior
to 31 December 2002. After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the
Fund, having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests of which they have
prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims
have not been notified to them in writing prior to 31 December 2002. Persons who have
already responded in writing to a letter from the scheme Administrators dated 23 September
2002 or 4 October 2002, need not submit particulars in response to this notice, as
the Administrators already have notice of those persons’ claims against and interests
in the Plan.
November 2002.
