Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a Dividend in the above matter by 6 June 2003. Creditors who have not proved their debt must forward their proof of debt to me at Kroll Limited, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6EE, on or before 7 February 2003.
