RCL PENSION PLAN

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the RCL Pension Plan (the Plan) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have, a claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan, and who has not heard from the Trustees of the Plan in the last fourteen months is required to provide written particulars to Garvins, Rigby Hall, Rigby Lane, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire B60 2EW, prior to 24 February 2003. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 24 February 2003.
