BRIGGS PENSION SCHEME

SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the Briggs Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice that they intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme after expiry of two months from the date of this notice. The Scheme provided benefits to and in respect of its members employed by Briggs of Burton PLC and associated employers (ie Briggs Drums Limited, Briggs Automation Limited and T Giusti Limited). Any person who believes he or she has an entitlement under the Scheme and who has not received notice of entitlement since January 2002 should send particulars of his or her claim to the Scheme Trustees, c/o Dr J M H Andrews, Briggs of Burton PLC, Briggs House, Derby Street, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 2LH.
